Woodland Cottages is a registered partnership. This privacy policy explains how we use any
personal information that we collect about you.

1. What information do we collect about you?

We collect your full name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, nationality and the
number of adults, children and dogs in your party. For non-British, Irish or Commonwealth
guests we will record your passport number and place of issue and details of your next
destination.

2. How we will use the information about you?

We use this information in order to enter into a contract with you for the hire of one or more of
our cottages. We will use the information to liaise with you regarding your booking.
In order to comply with the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972 we are required to record
the full name and nationality of guests. For non-British, Irish or Commonwealth guests we are
also required to record a passport number and place of issue and details of a next destination.

3. Retention and security

We will retain your information for a period of 3 years. We will take all reasonable steps to
ensure that the information we hold about you is kept secure.

4. Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would
like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please e-mail or write to us using the
contact details shown in section 6.
We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask
us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.

5. Changes to our privacy policy

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will place any updates on our website.
