Swallow Cottage

Plenty of room for you to bring the whole family, including the dog.

This cottage is the most spacious of the three, sleeping six people. There are three separate bedrooms which comprise of one double and two twin rooms, and can be reached via the open tread staircase. There is also a bathroom on the first floor.

Downstairs you will find the living/dining room and kitchen which is equipped with everything you should need for comfortable holiday, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.  Should you choose to stay in and relax, you can enjoy use of the T.V, DVD player and free WiFi. There is also a shower-room on the ground floor for ease. Don't forget if you wish to bring more than one of your furry friends, we are more than happy to accept multiple dogs.

What makes us so dog friendly?

We don’t just tolerate dogs here, we love having them! You won’t need to worry about ruining any cream carpets or losing your pet thanks to our enclosed patios. If you would like to go further afield, we have a large lawned area outside each cottage, so dogs from all over can play happily together. We are also blessed with 8 acres of private woods for dog walking and we are just 15-20 minutes drive from all year round dog friendly beaches.

Perfect for dog owners

Dog washing facilities are free to use after a muddy walk and a BBQ is available upon request. We also have an extra freezer located in the wood-store should you require additional space for frozen dog foods. The paddock and woodland are enclosed with stock-proof fencing so there is no need for leads. Your dogs can run around and have fun safely, giving you peace of mind. If you would like to eat out, there is a great local pub just 5 minutes away!

Our cottages act as the perfect base for you and your dogs to explore all that Devon has to offer during your getaway. There is stunning countryside nearby, year round dog friendly beaches, cycle paths and plenty of great places to eat.
